Made to Move

A moderately-challenging, energetic class focused on improving strength and endurance through body weight and resistance training. All levels and abilities welcome!

Wednesday's 6-7PM

$65 for 8-weeks

Older Adult Strength - Burlington

A low-impact class focused on improving health and quality of life through strength training with body weight, light dumbbells, and resistance bands. All levels abilities welcome!

Thursday's 1-2PM

September 21st - November 9th

$65 for 8-weeks
